Advanced Hardware

The BATCAM 2S is equipped with 112 high-sensitivity digital MEMS microphones, allowing precise sound source localization and detailed acoustic imaging. It covers a wide frequency range from 2 kHz to 100 kHz, enabling detection of both audible and ultrasonic signals such as air leaks, partial discharges, and high-frequency mechanical noises (BSR – Buzz, Squeak, and Rattle).

 

Its USB-C interface ensures fast data transfer and convenient charging, while the 5-inch high-luminance touchscreen provides excellent visibility and responsive control. The display features automatic brightness adjustment, making it easy to use in any lighting condition. Additional audio and HDMI outputs allow real-time monitoring on external devices. A built-in distance sensor enhances targeting accuracy, and the long-lasting battery supports up to four hours of continuous operation, ideal for field inspections.

 

Intelligent Software

The BATCAM 2S software visualizes real-time sound sources and displays sound pressure levels directly on screen. Users can choose between Single, Multiple, or Full View measurement modes for different inspection needs. Advanced algorithms enable gas leak detection with automatic calculation of leakage rates and loss amounts.

 

For electrical maintenance, the integrated PRPD (Phase-Resolved Partial Discharge) analysis helps identify insulation defects before major failures occur. The device supports image, video, and audio recording (JPG, MP4, and WAV) for documentation and analysis. A digital zoom feature allows closer inspection of detected sources, and the automatic microphone self-test ensures optimal sensor performance.

 

The BATCAM Zone (Web/App) platform enables cloud-based data storage, AI-assisted analysis, and sharing, improving workflow efficiency. An automatic power-off function conserves energy when the device is idle.
